I provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults seeking to address a variety of concerns. I have a strong commitment to collaboration and empowerment so that individuals can utilize their strengths to help shape the healing process.

I have training in DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, & Interplay as well as CBT and psychodynamic methodologies. Some areas of focus include: Anxiety; Life Transition & Change; Depression; PTSD; Emotional & Behavior Problems; Trauma, including Sexual Abuse & Rape; School Related Issues, including Bullying & Social Skills Acquisition; Grief & Loss.

I have worked as a school counselor for K - 8th grade students and their parents; as a clinical social worker at the U of M Medical Center; and as a parent group facilitator. My work provides me with rich experiences working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
